This project is made for modern family of 4-5 persons, for which is important: environmental aesthetic quality, functionality and energy saving. The project utilized a rational space, design decisions are not typical, but - naturally, comes from solar energy and is used acumulating heat loss compensation. The project goal is - the Lithuanian market of "passive house" eligible residential home project for multiple home prices. The project aimed to weave the professional integrity of the three main directions of development of the project: aesthetics, functionality and energy efficiency.
